Squiggles lets kids take iPhone photos and doodle, write, and paint on them with a wide selection of colors, stamps, and funny overlays.
Younger kids will enjoy stamping hearts, flowers, and bubbles on photos, and older kids will find more sophisticated ways to use this app.
Why we like it:
Adding animal ears and noses, mariachi hats, and mustaches to your friends’ faces, and then resizing them and moving them on the photo for maximum humor. Distorting photos by selecting tunnel, fisheye, bulge and squeeze (among many other effects).
The “undo” button doesn’t work for overlays (including hats, wigs, glasses, and facial hair and features) so once you add a goatee or rainbow wig, you’re stuck with it. Or you can start over. This is expensive (for an app anyway), but highly recommended.
